I was not given my key back when I picked up my car late in the afternoon of July 2nd. When I realized I did not have the key, due to the 4th of July holiday, I had to wait until Monday, July 7th to inquire about my key. I should have been contacted on Thursday, July 3rd that I was not given my key!
