This repair took 3 months w multiple visits due to the lack of the repair shop getting all the parts on hand the first time my truck was brought in. The second time I brought my truck in I was told all the parts were in. They were not , this then required more time and another trip in. I was never given a reasonable answer as to why they couldn't get all the parts the first time or just wait until they did to bring my truck in once. Credit should be given though to Tori for handling this in a very professional manor.

I was very pleased - the staff kept me updated all along. And when I picked my car up- the nice service staff man helped me load my husband’s wheelchair into my car from the rental. Everyone was helpful
