I was very pleased - the staff kept me updated all along. And when I picked my car up- the nice service staff man helped me load my husband’s wheelchair into my car from the rental. Everyone was helpful

The Northwest Hills Auto team exceeded expectations at every turn. The damage review was fast and easy. The repair was completed in less than half the estimated time (much appreciated, as I needed the car for an appointment tmrw). The office team members I met were prompt and friendly, and communication was great.
