It was overly convenient, even the rental

The repair was quicker than thought, 3 days vs a week but it was minor with all bolt or clip on parts. The rental return was easier than thought with being able to just leave it there and Enterprise picking it up later.

If they needed body work, I'd recommend Northwest Hills Auto to my friend, but would warn them about the unfriendly woman in the office.

The people that do the body work did a fantastic job! They even fixed the gas cap access door which wasn't damaged as a result of the accident.

The only unfriendly person in the entire place was the woman who works in the auto body office. Her attitude was lousy.
