I Truly can say From Management to Employers are very Professionall. My Nissan Sentra Sport was damaged even part of the B-pillars on 2 doors. They fixed my damages and my ride looks brand New. Considering the type of work that needed to be done it seemed to me that many things were replaced that were not actually damaged. Given that, the actual repair itself appears flawless.

Communication could have been better. I had to call a couple of times to get a status. The last time I had my car in they were much better in terms of calling me and letting me know that they had the car and what the timeline would be for the repair

They did a beautiful job it was a seamless experience using GEICO insurance and enterprise Rent-A-Car together with Norwell collision. Very friendly staff at the desk, also adjusting to different problems with good communication like if a part was difficult to procure, a call was made quickly to communicate that the car would take longer than anticipated by a couple days.

Work on the car came out great like the dentand scrapes never happened. However I don't know if the driver's seat belt was cleaned with something heavily scented or someone sprayed perfume on it, but it's a very strong perfume smell that is getting on my clothes and giving me a headache. I've left the windows open for days and the smell is still strong. I've even used clorox wipes and the smell is still there.
