The work that was done is excellent. Took a bit longer than expected and when we got the car back it still needed some attention from the Audi Service Center as the garage door opener was not active. As a result I now have to bring the car back to Audi and hopefully get car back in a timely manner.

The process was convenient and clear. I received updates by text and my car was fixed on time and as promised. I was able to pick up and drop off my rental car at Norwell Collision which was helpful. They work with my auto insurance which made billing simple. Four stars!
