The front radiator cover was either removed for the work or stolen when the vehicle was at the shop. When I called, I was told they didn’t touch it. I cannot recommend a shop I cannot trust.

i cannot overstate how terrible this shop is and my experience has been via gieco. why am i receiving this when the work isn't even done yet? i picked my truck up incomplete yesterday bc i ran out of rental time (your fault) and you still messaged me today that it's done and to pick it up ... there is SERIOUS issues occurring at this shop in almost all aspects. yesterday i asked your service manager to contact me when parts come in. he has not done that as of today and i'm hearing via geico it might be in. i will be leaving this geico policy and discouraging anyone i know from using anything related to these organizations. it's unethical what is going on here and there zero accountability from the people who work there to own their mistakes and communicate to even try to correct an issue.
