There was a lot of confusion around the day/time my car would be available. I received a lot of conflicting information. I had to move around my schedule and find alternate transportation options based on what I was told, so being told conflicting information was frustrating. I was satisfied with everything else though. Friendly staff and the fixes to my vehicle are great.

Nova handled my car with care! It was given back to me in excellent condition, cleaned inside and out. After a very bad time because of the hit and run damage, Nova made every effort to make me happy. They called me at every point-when parts were ordered, when parts came in, when paint was done, when further problems were discovered. Rob took care of everything with the insurance company as well. Nova had taken care of my granddaughter's car a few months earlier. We wouldn't go anywhere else!!!

My vehicle was completed within the time frame quoted by Rob. I also appreciate the loaner vehicle, since there were some complications with my auto insurance. Thanks for a good job. I have one comment to pass on that may not be on the positive side. When I drove off I noticed that my 4Runner was in 4 wheel drive. I'm not sure why but be sure to check this in the future

I worked with Jose and Rob to get cab trim pieces replaced and paint matched. Both knew it would be a quick next day job to get done and the price was right. They were consistent with the estimate and final bill, well worth the money for the work. Great job, I might be back for more work!
