Flawless Experience from Start to Finish! After accidentally scraping a parking column and damaging the driver-side rear quarter panel and wheel arch trim on my Tesla Model Y, I reached out to four local auto body shops for estimates. The contrast in service was night and day. One shop promised an estimate and completely ghosted me—even after a follow-up. Another sent an estimate link through a platform so glitchy and frustrating that photos wouldn't load, forcing me to give up entirely. Then, there was Nova Collision. From my initial inquiry to final pickup, the experience was completely seamless and stress-free. The front desk staff and receptionists are exceptionally professional, welcoming, and communicative. When I came in for an estimate, they provided a thorough, transparent breakdown of all parts and labor costs. There were zero hidden fees or surprises—just clear, honest communication that made me feel completely confident moving forward. When I dropped off my car, the team kept me updated at every single stage of the repair process. My estimator, Jeremy, was incredible—attentive, knowledgeable, and patient enough to answer every single question I had. Knowing Nova Collision is a certified EV repair shop with direct access to original Tesla OEM parts gave me absolute peace of mind that my Model Y was in expert hands. The final repair work is flawless—it looks brand new! While I certainly hope to avoid any future mishaps with our Teslas, it’s a huge relief knowing Nova Collision exists.
