My car got painted on the door and already has a few knicks that will eventually need to be fixed (thanks to the lifetime warranty) but due to time constraints, I don't have time to bring it back to fix this now so I'm just dealing with it.

The entire experience was great. The call to set up the appointment was easy and you could get me in right away. The staff at the front desk were really friendly and helpful. My service representative Chris was so kind when I dropped off the car--he asked about the accident, helped me to understand the repair process and timeline, and made sure I got to the car rental transportation. When I had to return to pick up something I had forgotten in the car, Chris was able to retreive it for me and it was waiting at the front desk.
