Took my car to CARSTAR Centreville Collision Center recently to have repairs done. Our collision estimator was Elijah. I was extremely impressed with the whole process from start to finish. Elijah was in constant communication with me via text, giving me updates M-W-F and in between over a span of two week and would replay back to my questions within a few minutes after I would text him back or ask a question. He explained the whole process from estimate, evaluation, parts order, installation, calibration, and delivery of car and would provide updates at every step of the way. I really appreciated his professional attitude, knowledge, and friendly customer services feedback he provided me along the way. He made sure the repairs were done in a timely manner as I was a deadline for an upcoming trip. If you are in need of a collision repair center I would highly recommend CCC and Elijah, they are the best and the entire team will make a stressful process simple and comfortable.

Elijah the estimator and the very nice woman at the front desk were so great with helping me out. My truck was totally damaged on both sides, I had 2 separate insurance claims which they helped me solve, and the repair job was amazing and 10/10.

The left rear blinker doesn’t work. It looks like it works on the inside, but if you look behind the car you’ll see that it doesn’t light to blink. Not sure how it passed a QC test, but it definitely would not pass a VA state inspection. It’s frustrating that we were told that it was finished when it wasn’t. We brought the car back immediately after noticing the issue.
