Amazing service ! Great customer service as well, after I got accident and need car to repair, my insurance suggests Carstar. That’s great decision and rental car close by has a great collaborating too, car repair is great as I expected but customer service is excellent!

The inspection process took a little longer than expected at the beginning, but overall, I think the repair work was completed very well. Before the repair started, I sometimes had to follow up several times, and at times I needed to ask my insurance representative to contact the shop in order to move the process forward. I was also told that the shop was very busy, and there was one point when my vehicle information could not be located right away. Because of these issues, the process took a little more time than expected. However, I am very satisfied with the quality of the repair itself. The technician who worked on my vehicle did an excellent job, and I truly appreciate his work. I also think the 5-year warranty is a great benefit and shows a strong commitment to the quality of the service. Although I was not completely satisfied with every part of the process, the final repair result was excellent. Since English is not my first language, it may have been a little difficult at times to understand me clearly. However, the staff at the repair shop were always polite in their communication Overall, I would rate my experience about 4.8 out of 5.
