I had an issue with rental car we had during repairs to our van at Caliber. I had to take it back to Enterprise on the day my van was completed by Caliber (due to someone hitting the rental) at about 4:45 pm. I was informed that Caliber would be closing before I would get back from dropping off the rental. The front desk person said I won't take up your time by going through the van after repairs and he handed me the keys. I was informed by the front desk at Caliber to ensure car was outside fence so I could pick up after dropping off the rental (it was already parked outside fence by Caliber). I got back to Caliber to drive my van home after dropping off the rental. When I got into my van there was a white substance on the front driver seat (looked like paint or primer) and the car was full of dust all over seats in front and back. It was like the windows were left open while body work was being done. We called Caliber back today (day after pick-up when Caliber was open). We informed them of the situation. We were told to bring it by for assessment. We asked how long we would need to leave it as the car was already in the shop for multiple weeks and we no longer had a rental car. The Caliber representative on the phone told us they were not sure.
