Tia was a fantastic manager for the repair of our 2023 Jeep Grand Cherokee. She kept me updated regularly and went out of her way to complete the repairs after I was hit by a large dump truck in July. Caliber Collision was definitely the right choice to handle our car repairs and we are glad that USAA suggests this company!

I felt the repair took a little longer than it should have. Eg, car went into rebuild mid Wednesday, still took through Friday to be ready. But you communicated the whole time so it was acceptable.

I would recommend Caliber Collision to anyone that needs a car repaired after an accident. I was in an accident and I can’t tell that my car was ever damaged. Sidney Rousey did outstanding work repairing my car. The staff provided great support to include arranging for the rental car company to come pick me up when I dropped off my car and arranged for the rental company to pick up the rental when my car was ready. I will definitely use Caliber Collision in the future.
