The car looks great, no problem. I gave them 3 sets of keys and they claim I only give them 2. I handed the third key to a gentleman that works there,; short, rather thin, graying hair and black. They deny I gave them a three rd key. It was an unmarked key bob, the always said Infiniti. I had the key made somewhere else than the dealer to save a little money. I haven’t heard back from caliber about the key issue,

I dropped off a key and asked one of the workers to give it to the s scheduled worker in my car and caliber says they do not have another key. These fobs are very expensive.

My truck had been brought in for repairs from an accident. I had additional work done for another area of my truck. The work for accident was done but caliber didn’t do the other work. In short, it had to be kept for 3 weeks vice two weeks. In addition, the color matching was not done properly on the side from the accident. Attention to detail and communication can greatly improve. Even when I came to pickup the truck on final day there was still buffing that was not done.

The staff was helpful and responsive. John was a big help and kept me updated. When my repair time was extended, Caliber covered the rental cost over my maximum so I was not out of pocket.
