I liked the professionalism. The front bumper/door body work and paint on my Honda Accord look great. The whole experience from working with insurance, getting a rental, and having the car fix was very easy. I felt taken care of. Particular, Min Kim was a pleasure to work with. He's great! I like that he kept me well informed of the progress/parts delivery delays. I even have plans to return with for mechanical fixes to my Honda minivan.

I am very satisfied with the repair on my car. Nova Collision did a great job. I also am very satisfied with the professionalism, knowledge, and service of Min Kim. He was outstanding. Thanks to him, I did not have to worry about the repairs. He was extremely helpful in explaining the work that will be done to my car. Min Kim was always a step ahead in informing me about the status of the repair and always did it in a very professional manner. I highly recommend Nova and Min Kim.
