There were some issues with my car when I picked it up that I did not notice until after I left the lot one issue was one of the fog lamps is not working the other issue is Tuesday morning when I went to go to work my right front tire was going flat and I did not go anywhere except from the shop to my house Monday evening when I picked it up and there was an issue with the headlight I will call my adjuster Min on Friday and talk to him about these issues

I was told to arrive at 7:30 am to drop my car off and get a ride to work. It was 7:55am before someone was able to assist me....so I arrived at the appointed time and had to wait 25 minutes.

Min was very helpful in explaining the repairs necessary and keeping me informed on how the process works. The repairs look great and the seamless rental car experience was a wonderful bonus.
