The workmanship on my car on the initial completion was below par. I expressed my concerns and the technician agreed to do what is necessary to fix it. Also just because I paid my deductible, their records indicated that I picked up my car and my ticket was closed. I suggest the office staff to talk to the technician first before anything. This has caused confusion with my insurance and me. I had great expectations from Nova Collision and hope that this survey will help the betterment of this establishment. Thank you very much. I have brought my car home.

I picked up my Tesla on Friday after getting it repaired, and I am extremely disappointed with the lack of attention to detail. There is blue paint overspray all around the tires and wheel covers, making it painfully obvious that the vehicle was not masked off properly during the paint job. The tires need to be professionally cleaned, and since the wheel covers are plastic, they must be completely replaced with new ones, as using harsh chemical cleaners will permanently ruin their finish. This is a careless mistake that should never have passed quality control, and I expect the shop to reach out to me immediately with a plan to resolve this issue.

The service adviser did not explain in detail or work with the insurance company to collect the deductible instead of charge to my end, I am the victim of this collision, the other party's insurance supposed to pay the deductible, not me. As of today, I paid $500 upon received my vehicle, but still have not heard anything from the other party insurance about the reimbursement.
