The service adviser did not explain in detail or work with the insurance company to collect the deductible instead of charge to my end, I am the victim of this collision, the other party's insurance supposed to pay the deductible, not me. As of today, I paid $500 upon received my vehicle, but still have not heard anything from the other party insurance about the reimbursement.

This company has good pricing and they treat customers with professionalism and the owner, Mr Kenny Lee is very knowledgeable and does a great job. I’ve been there for repairs 3 times and each time I feel like I’m being treated very well. I will highly recommend it
