My Tesla looks great. Very responsive and transparent. The mechanic called me to give me updates. You couldn’t even tell that I hit a deer a few weeks ago with how good it looks. When I picked it up, I didn’t realize until I got home that the headlight didn’t work. Called them up and the mechanic helped me over the phone fix it as it was only a software issue. Very satisfied.

Communication was outstanding something I rarely experience with Tesla itself.The team sent regular text updates, and I was able to speak directly with my estimator whenever I have questions. I never felt left in the dark. The repair was completed promptly, and the final detail work was exceptional. My car was returned cleaner than I expected. The facility itself was immaculate one of the cleanest shops I have ever visited. From start to finish, the professionalism and care shown by the entire team was truly impressive.l would not hesitate to recommend NOVA Collision Center to any Tesla owner.
