Paint doesn’t match, new parts do not align with old ones, hitch is still bent, scratches/paint removed from the front where there was no damage at drop off. Highly disappointing after previous experience.

I had a very disappointing experience with this body shop. My vehicle was returned with paint overspray all over the windshield and several windows. No matter what I do, I cannot remove it. The vehicle also had scratches that were not properly repaired, and the window leaks water. I had to bring my car back for additional repairs because the work was not completed correctly the first time. The repair quality was far below my expectations, and the entire process caused me a great deal of frustration. This has been a very, very bad experience, and I would not recommend this body shop based on the quality of the repairs I received.

They did the work very well and within a good amount of time, every interaction I had was kind and respectful. They offered me water when I came to pick the car up and even came out to meet me in the parking lot when I arrived.
