The new hood appears to have a dent in the top corner. It does not affect the functioning but I would not expect that. The hood also has a bigger gap than before when closed.

Very nice. I paid with a cashier check but made a mistake (my fault) and then had to pay by credit card. The billing person took my card and did not charge the extra fee for processing the credit card.

NT Auto Body is a great company to work with after an unpleasant event. They quickly assessed the damage to our car (sideswiped in front of our house), worked with our insurance company to get the claimed started, and did a fantastic job repairing the damage. You can’t even tell where the car was hit. I’ll recommend NT Auto Body to anyone that needs service to a vehicle. Thank you to the staff for making the whole process easy!

I really appreciated all the updates I received, letting me know what stage in the process they were at and letting me know when my car would be ready. When I went to drop off my rental and pick up my car, the employees went out of their way to be helpful and courteous. They even helped me move my stuff from the rental back into my car as I had been on vacation.
