Every human being who I encountered there was absolutely WONDERFUL. I received updates by phone as to when my car would be ready, and it was. There were automated emails, however, that sent conflicting information and soured my entire experience. I was told they were from the insurance company. They forced me to drive to work and park in a congested area of the city, pay for parking, get a 2-hour neighborhood limit parking ticket and waste $50, because the emails said the car would be ready and it wasn't.

Car was smashed on passenger side. Several items were missed then when pointed out, first attempt to fix were subpar.

Paint matching was great, painting quality was okay (gobs at edges), assembly was okay (gaps in bumper match up); overall, repair seemed rushed. Paint dust in interior of car, tail light pigtail was not re-attached, hole in front seat (which shop agreed to repair); would not recommend shop.
