I had to point out that the accounting was wrong, the paint on the door did not match the contour on the other three doors, the inside of the windshield is hard to see out of because of the over-spray. Where was your quality control this week?

Had a definite appointment on Tuesday March17 at 11AM to have the bumper on our 2006 Highlander replaced.Drove 10 miles to the office only to learn NT did not have the bumper and was told to wait for a call when the bumper arrived.This took 2 hours out of my busy day. Annoyed.

An exception being the gentleman helping me with my car outside who when I told him my baby car seat had been taken out and not reinstalled, simply told me they can't do it and I can take the car to the fire station. There was no need to remove the baby car seat from its place for the requested repair.
