The first time I went to pick up my car the work they had done was poorly made and they had also left the interior dirty with dust.

The first and second time I went, the front desk lady was splendid and she had even given me a $100 discount because it was my second time going in for my vehicle. But than the mechanic named Franklin told her that I wasn't getting a discount because he had wasted money on buying a new tail light. Because of that they were going to charge me the original price which was $2,000. And after receiving my vehicle the mechanic Franklin seemed upset since the first time I went to pick up the vehicle I was dissatisfied with the work.
