The work done was good, however the wait time was pretty ridiculous. I run a business myself, so I get it but one thing I dont do is BS a customer. I don’t like being told time frames that turn out to be extraordinarily wrong. Also, when I asked one of the guys working on the car how much longer it was going to be he gave me an attitude. Again, good work done but the wait time and false info regarding wait time would be enough to make me not want to come back.

If is not the best place is definitely one of the best place in New York City to get your car not fixed but to be put back brand new.
