Right brake light was out, bumber not fully fixed, and seat was never fully fixed after I got the car back, as well as it took an extra week to get the repairs done from what i was told prior.

Tim treated the repairs as a "Itch" to be challenged with.. He carefully worked through the many layers of distorted metal, and took on an old "Injury" that cracked wide open due to the insured impact! The 'Old Injury' was not something we knew about with the original purchase - but it also was NOT sadly covered by the Insurance. Tim, and Stan looked at what was needed, and felt that it could be tackled - bringing the FULL repair to a "AS New" as can be. Tim took the Challenge - dismantled its resistance, and won!! The completed Finish look, was a 101% better than when the car was first purchased, and the "Old" damage was now also watertight, and properly sealed...

The team at Nu-look got me an estimate the same day I called and even worked with me on a price mainly the associate Jared. He was very honest about the type of work they do and how much things would cost but worked with me on a price that wouldn’t break the bank entirely.
