The insurance covered repair work was beautiful and looked brand new. There was some work that I ask to be done outside of what the insurance wrote for, and they found the parts at the lowest price and did a great job!

The work did get done and it looks good unfortunately it took a while hard to get information I was past my end date of December 15th to December 31st so again it got done and it looks good as I was advised by the company some staffing issues were at play and so was the storms parts were slowed so I’m going to cut it at that only reason it’s a 4 of ten was speed sure it’s not going to be done in a day but they had it for 3 months so it seems most fair for the grade now if you want good work stand by them just don’t be in a hurry now if you need good work and got time trust in the crew they handled it well

Brought my car here after having work done at a different shop that did awful work. Nu-Look Collision took the time to review the repairs required and explained everything to me. They kept me up to date on shipping delays and repair times. The staff are very nice and helpful. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone!

You didn't complete the job right?There's still a lot of errors on that vehicle.I don't like there's a big gap on the left side.Compared to the right side of the back window, i'm not satisfied with the order at all.Don't like any of the job you did.You said you did alignment, you never did. and need a alignment.
