I had been told that my car would be ready on the 24th of Jan. I called a week prior to ask if it was possible that it could be done a day earlier and was told that not only could it not be done a day earlier but that it wouldn't be finished until around the 30th. I made my plans to extend my rental car contract then I received a call on the 22nd saying it was done. I was glad to get it back but, would have appreciated a little better communications.
