I've been to Nu-Look a few times now over the past couple months for my inspection, a broken taillight, and most recently getting my bumper fixed after getting rear-ended a few months ago. I came here when my friend John Ackley started working here, and have stayed because he and the rest of the team have treated me like a VIP. Service is always quick and exceeds my expectations. The staff is always friendly with a smile on their face and fun to chat with while waiting. I honestly cannot think of anything negative about this company. I have already recommended them to family members who are in need of repairs, even though they live out of town - that's how amazing they are! Thank you to John and the entire Nu-Look team for always taking care of me and my car :)

Job was done right, team seemed very helpful. The only bit of concern that is I got a email that said the car was ready and when I got there the car was still in the shop. All in all though I'm very happy with your company and will choose Nu-Look again if ever needed. I do promote your company among co-workers and friends. As you know you can not buy word of mouth advertising, it must be earned.
