Would caution about insurance and their workload causing delays, but the quality of their work is top notch and their negotiating ensuring you only pay your deductible, unless delays affect your rental situation.

Even though we did solve my problem ( or maybe I had 2 problems and didn’t know it) I still had an engine light up on my dash. However, Jerrod and Asia(so) were terrific to work with and I’d go back again if I encounter another problem. I would recommend Nu-Look and the staff there to anyone !!

It was horrible , no communication, they had my car for a month. When it was finally given back to me , my car door handles were so loose & paint was running down the door under the door handle. very unprofessional. didnt tell rental place that they needed to extend it definitely don’t recommend you to bring your car here .

Sales guy was very professional. Car was ready after 5 weeks when initially told it would be ready in 2 weeks. Body lines around replaced bumper and hood were not done very well (inconsistent spacing between fenders, hood, and front bumper)
