The work was good. Staff were helpful and polite and kept me informed. Car was thoroughly clean afterwards. One small problem was that there was some fine white overspray on the driver’s side windscreen. It was easily removed with window cleaner.

Got my car as promised which was great . However steps were missed when I got the car back . The plate and plate holder was never put on for the delivery of my car . Not sure how such a thing can be missed by technician or more importantly why was there no higher up check of the vehicle before delivery. Every time I had to call the service I was met with great customer service regarding my vehicle. I called about the missing plate and holder and steps were taken to get it taken care of .. but then the tech was over an hour late which is unexceptionable.. I lead a busy life and took time out of my day for the appointment.
