While taking longer than expected the body work completed on my RAM 1500 was excellent. The vehicle was clean inside and out and they allowed me to pick up the vehicle after hours.

Customer service was terrible. Staff put forth little to no effort to communicate the progress of the repairs and promised completion on multiple occasions with no follow through.

Communication and stated expectations for repair were terrible. It sometimes took 2/3 calls to the call center to get the shop to call me back and hear the same excuses as to why my repair was delayed. It turns out the cab corner that they said was the problem due to not available never was obtained. A metal repair was finally done after my truck sat from 2/8/23 - until O finally picked it up 3/30/23. It took managers from Geico getting involved to finally have the shop do the repair they said they did not want to do in early February to finally get my truck. You cost me a fortune in rental fees after the 30 day geico rental benefits expired as well as lost revenue. More transparency in communicating with me and trying to figure out a reasonable solution faster would have appreciated
