Was told 4 days to have the car fixed. It went in on 10-31-22 picked it up 11-19-22 we never received a call saying it was late or why it was delayed. I had to call on multiple occasions. I didn't choose to have a rental as it was only going to be 4 days. I ended up driving my 30 year old jeep every day for the better part of a month.

The car looks good. It was cleaned and shined up when I picked it up. The service was impeccable. I was very concerned on the rent a car if it was big enough for my husband who had a stroke. The representative assured me by sitting in it he was a tall man it was very reassuring. Service was amazing.
