Fast, friendly service. The guy that was there when dropping off was super helpful and friendly, and the woman that was there when picking up my car was super friendly as well. Happy with the service and the repair work so far. Would definitely recommend to others.

Communication with the Collision center is next to none. I tried contacting various times by leaving voicemails and sending emails but would never hear back. When I would get someone to answer the phone it was like pulling teeth trying to get an answer out of the lady. She was completely clueless even when asking basic questions. I brought my car to be inspected 3 days after getting my rear bumper replaced/fixed and I was informed that my car would be failing because it was rusted and broken. This seems pretty serious and like something the collision center should have brought to my attention when my car was being fixed especially since this was the exact area they were working on. The only reason I’m giving a two is because the car looks better then how I gave it, but that was the whole point of bringing it there. I also do appreciate the detailing on the interior but one of my lights is now “broken.”

My car was cleaned inside, washed, repaired perfectly. I was very happy with its appearance upon pickup. I was also thankful I didn't have to rush back from CT for a week (family emergency) to get the car. Thank you to Cassie for making that so. Great customer service here! Next time I need a car, I'm absolutely considering buying here based on my experience with the collision center.
