10 When I came to pick up the Volvo, I had to leave it for further work because some other damage had not been repaired. I then paid for my Enterprise rental for an additional 5 days so that the repairs were completed.

Only misstep was needing to take my care back to get the rear wiper flipped around. The team did take care of this but should have been checked prior to the original pick up date.
