I am very unsatisfied with the way things were handled. I was not kept up-to-date about what was going on. I had to keep calling in order to find out things about my car. It was two weeks past schedule on the repairs which it is what it is, but then I was told my keys would be left in the car. I drove an hour and a half out of my way after hours to pick up my car and the keys were not in it so I had to then drive an hour and a half back home without my vehicle. My wife had to miss out on a days worth of pay because our other vehicle broke down in the process of waiting and then I had to come back again the next day and waste more gas and more time to finally get my vehicle after almost a month and it was originally supposed to be about a week and a half when I spoke to people on the phone they were very professional Very apologetic, but I just feel that the whole situation was handled extremely poorly.
