I came back to the shop because my window for my sunroof will not close, my center consul screen is not working, nor is my back up camera, or my AC, but nobody was available to help me because everyone had left town already. Please give me a call back as soon as you return to the office thank you.

Car repairs seem ok so far - haven’t had any issues. My dissatisfaction comes from the customer service provided. Unreturned phone calls, being left on hold, being told everything was on track and car was being reassembled and to find out that the door hadn’t even arrived. The shop would be a much better place with better front office staff

They allowed the battery of my 100% electric vehicle to completely drain. Thankfully I had just about enough to make it to the closest charging station and all was good in the end with the car. I had left the bag with the adapter for the wall plug, as well as the manual that comes with the car and explains how to use it. They must’ve drained the car completely at one point because both the radio and dashboard clocks were set at the wrong time. The time on both independent devices were exactly the same which means the battery stopped completely at some point , fortunately I was able to get a full battery charge at the Pike and everything seems to be working appropriately but with lithium batteries we can’t be completely sure until the next schedule maintenance. Please make a note of this in case we need to reach out. Thank you so very much for everything else. It was lovely .

Flaws in the workmanship and the bumper was only half of it painted the whole bumper should have been paint it beer can left in my truck tecate beer can workmanship could have been caused due to consumption of beer beer

Communication was awful. Had to take my car back to complete the repairs. They killed my battery while my car was there for 1 1/2 months and try to charge me for a new one. Completely awful service.

No quede sastifecha con su trabajo porque tube q ir 4 veces por mi carro por no chequear bien todo lo q se necesitaba y dañaron el bolante y no pintaron todo , uno de los bampers quedo raspado pero ya no quise desir nada xq yo necesito mi carro y duro una semana mas solo por su insuficiencia en su trabajo? Parese q quisieran sacar todo los trabajos rápido para estar agarrando mas carros y mas dinero, pero nose dan cuenta q están perdiendo cilemtes y buenas referencias, yo no los recomiendo con nadie . Ese es mi comentario.

The problem I had with the auto shop is that I felt they took their time getting parts and working on the car. They had my car for 3 weeks. They added on an addition $1000. Not sure if that was necessary. I’ve had far more damage on other cars for less money. But I’m no expert.
