Quality of the repair is great. Took absolutely way too long with one of the worst customer service experiences of my life. Never answer the phone, never call back, never have clear updates on what’s happening with your car. Had to get the owner involved- a mess. I would never come back or recommend to any human being that values their sanity. I would’ve never taken a survey and complained but you’ve texted me and emailed more about that than you ever did with progress updates so here it is 👍 10 for quality 0 for overall experience

My experience was not good I had to call over and over and over you're reception kept given me different answer...she was professional ,I wanted to file a complaint and she told me there was no one was there to help me...she even hung up on me...when finally after 2 months I was able to get me xar I see and issue I can sent u pictures I will check it again I didn't check the hood...can u send me your email so I can sent you the pictures of issue...no happy at at my car was even dusty . I know my car wasn't clean but it sure wasn't dusty.. my miles also change

My car was at this body shop for 3 month. It seemed very disorganized and parts were ordered but BMW didn’t get the order apparently. It took the body shop 5 weeks to discover this problem. Communication with insurance, rental car and me was almost nonexistent until I stopped by the body shop several times. Communication improved after this but was still lacking consistency. Work on my car looks good. It seemed like they did a good job when it comes to the quality of work.

1st of all you guys gotta be a better business and want a car is being repaired even if a disaster is out there you must go over the. Car too yourself to make sure that the gestures doing his job everything that has to be repaired when a car got to be repaired from my car. Accident must be repaired no matter what

There were so many delays that I had to make it to a point to call the shop to get updates. I felt I was given the run around at some point. I understand delays do come up but if it happened several times, it could be the shop not being able to be on top of all their projects.

La experiencia en este auto body, no es nada agradable, tardaron casi 2 meses por un problema que podían arreglar en 3 semanas por mucho, no contestan llamadas, el taller está atacado de carros que necesitan reparación y engañan mucho a la gente no trabajan nada rápido, yo no recomiendo para nada ese Auto body , y la gente no es nada agradable.

I won't be referring anybody here because now I have to pay more money due to there failure of messing my car up with the battery light when I had just bought a new battery for my car in February

I get my car back and the battery light is on and says charging power saving mode is on. When I turned my cat in there was no mechanical issues with my vehicle. Now I can't drive my car and had to have it towed to my dealership
