Everyone was incredibly professional and accommodating. When I brought my car in for assessment and repairs after a fender bender they took care of me, assessed the damage and were able to provide me with realistic and timely updates.

Many details not finished. some original parts are missing, one side of my rear lights don't look new, my trunk door is not lined properly, door panels are broken and missing clips and some personal items need to be returned. The store did a great job on my repair. I was a little unsatisfying if they did not let me know the repairs were completed as they wanted to hold my car for two extra days over the weekend to detail it after the work was completed. I would’ve appreciated a call with the option to leave it or pick it up.

I noticed the steering wheel is not straight when driving, it keeps pulling to the left , and another thing I saw a scratch mark on the front plate where the Toyota logo is. My question are : Was a test drive done by your teachnician, and did anybody discover the scratch marks before releasing the vehicle to me ?I hpoe these issues will be solved by your shop ASAP. Thank you!
