Worst car shop that don’t know how to take care or fix luxury cars

They ruined my whole car I have a new 2021 Lexus ES 350. They returned my car with swirls and scratches! I get there and my front bumper has new fresh scratches and the inside of my car has grease finger prints and the top inside interior is light gray!! My insurance has to approve for me to take my car somewhere else!!! Worst auto body never taking my cars there again my doors were all falling apart we had to tighten them back up idiots !!

Never recommending this place, I will be writing a review on yelp in hopes no one has to go through what I went through. They knew my tires were messed up and didn't tell me and let me drive off in those dangerous conditions. Lucky nothing happened to me.

If I could give a zero I would, it took over two months for my car to be fixed. Through out that time I would call and ask for updates and at first all was good, then my calls were ignored, i would get the run around. I wouldn't get straight answers and when I finally got my car back turns out they let me drive off with messed up tires and didn't even let me know. I had to come back to be told my tires were messed up. Because when they did the initial appraisal of my car they didn't let me or my insurance company know about the tires. I had to pay out of pocket to get my tires fixed because it was to dangerous to drive. I had just paid my deductible and tires. I had to borrow money from ppl to pay for tires that should have been taken care of from my insurance company but because you failed to say anything in the appraisal i had to pay for them, so infuriating.

At the beginning everything was fine, I understand covid and back orders affected the time it took to fix my car but the fact that no one would answer my phone calls and when someone would I would get the run around is ridiculous. Be honest. Do appraisals correctly and include every inch of the car, I dont know about cars I was trusting Number 1 to let my insurance company know all the damage my car hard but they failed to do so and that costed me additional money.
