My car died at 3:30 in the morning because they didn’t tighten . My battery cables. I had no tools and nothing was open. Say 3 hours in a cold car waiting for someone to come bring me tools

The only issue I had was I had to hint down the information on the status of my car. I thought the option to get email updates meant that I would get regular timely updates, but most of the time I had to call the day the car was supposed to be ready to find out it was going to be extended
