I had always been treated very well in previous communications with this company and always gave the highest rating. I gave a 6 this time and would have given an even lower rating but some of this is my fault. When I came to pick up the car, I got stuck in traffic. When I called to say I'd might be late, I was told they would only wait for 5 minutes. As it turned out I was only about a minute late but they let me know that they were not happy. Made me feel really bad about being late, but the situation was made worse by what I sensed was hostility.
