Automatic message said that car would be ready to pick up on a certain day after 4 pm. When I called at 4:20 I was told they had just received the part, and it would be ready in 2 or 3 days. When I called to confirm, I was told that it would be ready by noon. About 30 minutes after noon I was told that it would not be ready before the next day. It was ready when I called. No one called me to tell me that the car was ready.

These guys are incredible, they fixed my car a week ahead of schedule! I highly recommend them to anyone needing a good body shop. PJ the owner went out of his way to make my life easier I can’t thank him enough

The car was a total loss. Overall experience with the shop was brief and okay. Kia was nice and pleasant to work with. I thought the suggested repair price is a little too high.

Highly recommended GEICO repair shop. NYLA MAGIC RECON was recommended to me by my car insurance company. They were fantastic to work with. They worked directly with my insurance so that I hardly had to do any work to get things set up. When I dropped my car of the rental car company was there waiting for me. They got the work done well and right on time. Highly recommend them!

Unbelievable. ERIE recommended me to go with one of their partners shop to repair my car, but I Didn’t, I tried to search around and find a place that has a good customer service and great quality.
