On 2 different occasions, both times we had quality issues with the workmanship. Both times we had to talk with the manager to have these issues corrected. The 2nd (and last) time, the manager got a little defensive when the issues were brought to her attention. We all make mistakes, but the nail in the coffin was that she didn't own them, she deflected.
