Even though the repair took longer than expected, I can see why. It was amazingly thorough and professional, and the car looks beautiful! The repair was completed early and the results were satisfactory. The additional charges were unexpected and not fully explained. Finally, there was an unidentified white substance on the inside of the windshield that required glass cleaner to remove. I am completely satisfied with the repair, but the customer service was disappointing. Side note: Enterprise Rental Car was prompt, courteous, friendly and made that part of the process seamless and enjoyable.
