When I got my vehicle back the finder was loose and had to be put back on. Also notice my passenger hubcap had a chip and a dent in passenger door.

The body work was amazing! My only complaint is when I tried to reach out about my headlight I never received a call back. I was told Friday night it was out (first time i had driven at night since i got it back)and when I dropped it off I know for sure it was still working properly. I know and understand that they can go out at any given moment however I just wanted to be sure it wasn't out when I did pick it up.

There was a misunderstanding about my speaker. I wanted what was broken fixed however the speaker was replaced and the broken part is still broken. Otherwise car looks great.

mostly great! but I felt scolded when I asked about the broken front of speaker, Was told "that part is over $200 and so on." I wish there had been some back & forth conversation instead of this misunderstanding and my expectations not being met.

I would recommend the shop probably but with the disclaimer that you need to really look it over before you pick it up because of what happened to my car the work you did was good it’s just you didn’t address everything

You guys missed a big scratch down the rear passenger door that my kids didn’t notice when I sent them up to pick my car up after service. I don’t feel like it’s worth the hassle of dealing with a rental and everything else involved to get it fixed so I’m just living with it but I’m really disappointed.
