I teach drivers ed, I will refer anyone in my company for repairs as well as friends and family while furiously name dropping Justin as their go to guy. I would also just like to mention that this guy deserves a raise, a pony, and possibly his name on the outside of the building just based off of his excellent customer service. The guy was an absolute pleasure to deal with.

I had an extremely stressful time dealing with the Insurance company after being rear ended at the rotory. Nothing but run around and issue after issue. The experience would have very likely caused me to repeatedly bang my head off of a wall had it not been for Justin at the collision center. Your company would do well to try and either clone this man or attempt to replicate him with a vigorous vetting process. It’s possible I would have ear hugged the man when he got my vehicle sorted out but it’s very likely I would have never let him go were it not for the fact that at some point we both had to return to our respective jobs. So I settle for a handshake.

I bought this truck new and 2015 it has 36,000 miles on it. I have treated it like a baby as it is the last new one I plan on buying. O'Connor's took care of it as if it were new. I'm very grateful. The repair is undetectable and the paint match is as good as I've ever hired done. Justin's communication was exceptional. Many thanks to all involved.
