Customer service was amazing through the whole ordeal. Jamie was great to work with. I would suggest keeping doors/hatches closed unless absolutely necessary to have them open while in the shop so that the vehicles don't get filled with shop dust. The post repair detail did not clean all of that from my dash to the trunk. Just a suggestion. That layer of dust is a real eye sore and would be worse with a brand new vehicle. Other than that, I'm pleased with the repairs so far.

Besides getting my repair date originally set for 4 weeks from the day I came to O'connors, and then pushed out for 2 more weeks, and then an extra week once it was in the shop, it was fine. They did great work, and I have no complaints with the final product.
