Work was satisfactory. Delayed 2 weeks from appointment, than when I delivered the vehicle they didn't do anything for another 2 weeks. Had to go in and confront them to get it worked on. Waisted alot of my time.

Took 2 months to complete repairs.Had to return to shop three times 1 tires not inflated. Told they were fine at 25. Guidelines say 32 light off when inflated to 32 2. Requested to return for a missing part. 3 . Rear window defroster not working was requested to return for a check. Was Told to check fuse. No fuse in place for defroster replaced fuse defroster working. What happened to the fuse? Defroster light still not working.

We were extremely dissatisfied with customer service. Initially, there was communication from O'Connor Collision, but from the first of the year until we got our car back in mid February, we initiated all communication with O'Connor Collision. What was especially upsetting, was that they promised timelines for vehicle repair/completion, and continuously did not meet the deadlines and would set new deadlines, over and over again.

Overall, the experience was very good. The length of time required for repairs was a little long, but understandable considering the extend of the damages. Everyone was helpful and courteous and there was good communication throughout the process.

The work was wonderful, much worth the wait. Also, very friendly people. Was very happy with the work and very satisfied.

I cannot recommend Oconnor’s collision enough! Jo is service was amazing and communicative and did her best to get our vehicle repaired !!! I appreciate their service and help in getting our car back on the road .
