The work they did was excellent but customer service needs to improve. I understand staff shortages but when told a week and it takes two with no communication that does not seem right

On the basis of the people I worked with, I would probably refer someone. On the basis of the problems with procuring the necessary parts for the repair, I would struggle to give 100% recommendation. I do realize this is not an O'Connor only issue.
